Can I make my pizza crust recipe using yeast so that I don’t have to leave the dough for 20 minutes before I cut it into any shape?

I want to make a pizza crust recipe but as I am short of time I Want to know if I will add yeast in the pizza dough then can I make it without keeping it on rest for 20 minutes. Can I cut the shape immediately after making the dough? How much of yeast should I add in pizza dough which I am making for 4 people? What else can I do in order to decrease the preparation and cooking time of my pizza crust recipe?
