I have tried various diet plans so far to reduce weight, but could never succeed in it, as I canât remain hungry for a long time! One of my colleagues advised me to opt for negative calorie foods, which helps in reducing weight, in much healthier way, as compared to several other diet plans. Moreover, she asserted that the more you would eat negative calorie food, the more would you reduce weight! I just want to know if some negative calorie foods would help me reduce weight permanently, as I am 31 years old now, and no diet plan seems to work for me now. Can somebody please advise aptly?
