I am trying to make a pizza at home and intend to use my modular pizza oven. I started my pizza dough the night before I wanted to make the pizza. I made the dough with the yeast, the flour and water as written in the recipe. The pizza came out hard and raw and burnt from the outside. What could have gone wrong? I am so confused and depressed.
