I find the kahlua drink recipes easy to make. I like adding chocolate syrup to it to make it more delicious and less bitter. Why does my kahlua drinks taste bitter when I make it at home? I tasted it after following an original recipe but it was too boozy and bitter and not tasting according to my liking, so I started adding the chocolate syrup. But I want to avoid the syrup. And I also want to round out the harshness of the boozy flavor. How can I make it the way I want it and creamy too?
