How do I make my Italian meatball recipe incorporating it with the zucchini bread recipe perfectly for a lovely breakfast for four? Another thing which I need to ask you is that when I tried the zucchini bread recipe I preheated my oven to about 200 degrees. I lightly greased my two bread pans in which I poured the mix which was a stirred mixture of zucchini, the egg replacer, the oil, about one and a half cups of sugar and a small amount of vanilla. I stirred the mix quite nicely. Once I poured them(the batter) into the two pans, I left it to bake for 40 minutes. But when it came out it was not what I expected it to be, where did I go wrong, how can I fix it the next time I make the zucchini bread? Kindly help me.
