I am a 19 year old college student with low work hours trying to make ends meet. Earlier, I read that working College Students (such as myself) are encouraged to apply for Food Stamps. I took the diagnostic test and it said that I would probably not be eligible. Why do they encourage college students to apply for SNAP regardless of socio economic background and then say they are not eligible? What you have to say on food stamps eligibility? Please share the possible facts with me.
