I am mother of a teenage daughter, and I can’t think about anything suitable for her. She is quite wary about her diet, and has almost stopped eating proper meals. Some jerk has suggested her some low carbohydrate diet, and she has started starving herself now! She is 16 and weighs no more than 125 lbs with a height of 5’6″. I want to know about some food recipe ideas for weight loss for my daughter as I am really concerned about her health, and I don’t want her to fiddle around with her health by staying hungry. Someone please advice.
