Are the best food network recipes healthy?

Yesterday I have seen a food network show and I wonder that are the recipes shown in the show were really healthy? The host makes no bones about making food with lot of butter and sugar. So I want to know what is the best food network recipe? Are these best food recipes healthy to eat?Should one always go for the food shown in this show or I must try some other show?
