I always cook cornbread with sugar but yesterday when my friend came to my place and I served her this recipe saying that try out the southern recipe she gave me a very strange look and said this is not a southern recipe at all. She said that there are many sources of southern recipes but that does not mean every recipe is southern and only few of them are truly authentic. I want to know the names of those recipes which you think are truly southern, so that next time when I serve it saying, itâs a southern recipe no one laughs at me?
