How can I experiment with persian cuisine recipes of rice dishes using some pecorino and grilled pork? I have always been curious about the innumerable ways the rice food recipes can be experimented with. I have had so many types of rice pudding all these years when I was growing up at my grandma’s place. I am now particularly interested in the saltier ways of making rice, specially with the non veg options. I just love the eating pork meat. But am not so sure on how to approach it, how can I experiment with the recipe of rice dishes using some pecorino and grilled pork? Please help me out? What do you suggest?
