    How To Prepare – Heat up the oven to 2250 Now, use parchment paper to line a baking sheet. Put cream of tartar and egg whites in a bowl and use mixer until the mix becomes frothy. Add superfine/granulated sugar slowly, while beating the mix until firm peaks are formed. Stop beating and add cocoa nibs, 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa, salt, and instant espresso granules. Start beating the mix until completely amalgamated. Drop the mix on the prepared baking sheet and bake it for 1 hour at 2250F. Let the meringues to cool off for about 8 hours or until it becomes crisp before serving.

    How to Prepare–Take a small saucepan and mix cornstarch and sweetener to it. Pour some orange juice and stir the mix continuously until it starts to boil. Wait until the mixture becomes bubbly and thickens. Remove the saucepan from heat and pour it into a bowl. Wait until the mix cools off completely. Add orange juice and fresh strawberries to the bowl, while stirring gently. Cover the bowl and put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Add sauce over dessert shells while serving.
