I am searching for something that I can have very quickly, I am best off using whey hydrolysate and a combo of maltodextrin and dextrose. But I am skeptical about it. I am a 32yr old man, weighing 98kilos at 5ft 9inches, who has started exercising recently for a healthier body. Which new energy drinks will be apt for me? Can’t I just eat a banana and whey protein post-workout? What do you suggest to me? I am looking forward to your responses.
