I want to know how much energy drink powder should I add in 500 ml of water? I am adding two spoons of energy drink powder in it but I think it is not working. How many spoons do you think I should add so that I can get the full advantage of the drink? How does these energy drinks help us to increase our glucose level and gives us energy? Do you think drinking too much of energy drinks is bad for health? Which energy drink do you think is the best? Please suggest.
