I am a 28 yr old guy from boston. I’ve been drinking on my rides approx one water bottle every hour on my regular days. I ride for about 3 to 4 hrs straight. I carry with me Cliff Bars and some honey as my fuel replacements. I ride 2 to 3 days per week an yeah also for about 1.5- to 2.5 hrs if possible each time I am out. Do I need to carry any kind of fuel replacements such as the Gu and or the electrolyte powder? My temperature range is approx 50 to 70degrees for most of the days. Which electrolyte replacement drinks would you recommend? What else would you like to suggest to me?
