I find my drinks with kahlua easy to make. I like adding chocolate syrup to it to make it more delicious and less bitter. But I don’t understand why does my kahlua drinks taste bitter when I make it at home? I tasted it after following an original recipe but it was too bitter and did not taste according to my expectations, so I started adding the chocolate syrup. But I want to avoid the syrup. And I also want to round out the harshness of the boozy flavor. How can I make it the way I want it and creamy too?
