My baby is 10 months now, and I am in a fix regarding food, which I could feed him. My mom-in-law has advised me to ensure a balanced diet for him right from the beginning for his health. I would like to know about a few baby food recipes, which could feed my 10 months old child. Can anyone also tell me if fruit yogurt is a healthy option to introduce to my baby?
