I eat meal 5 times a day in moderate quantity and I drink plenty of water, but still this obstinate problem of my life, overweight, doesn’t seem to set me off. I have heard many good things about Atkins foods; thereby, I want to know more about Atkins food list, as I am quite interested in commencing with it now. Could someone please advise me about its mechanism as to how it works on fat? In addition, if there has to be a specific time for its intake. Please suggest. Thanks.
