My 17yrs old son loves munching snacks every time he is hungry. I have tried to explain him about its adverse effects, but every explanation goes in vain. He, thus has joined a gym for workout, but he still is not able to get over his munching habit, as he feels hungry most of the time. Can anyone help me with a few suggestions regarding the fat free food & recipes that will help him, which could help him get rid of his bad eating habits? Can you advise to me some fat free food & recipes, portuguese recipes would do great?
