I am dying to experiment with the pineapple upside down cake and add some spam to it. But I am not too sure if that is a good idea. What do you think about it? Can you show me how can I add the spam and pitted maraschino cherries to bring a twist to the hawaiian favourite pineapple upside down cake? Please share with me the other tips as well that will help me making it. Would you advise me to use the brown sugar and the granulated sugar together, how can I do so?
