The mixture is to be blended thoroughly until a thick, smooth and creamy consistency is reached. You can thicken the shake or make it more thin by varying the quantity of soy milk added. Add 1 cup of soy milk and 1 cup of crushed ice to this mixture, and blend it together in an electric mixer until the mixture achieves the desired consistency. This chilled protein shake is to be then pored into a tall glass and can be decorated by using chocolate or cinnamon toppings.
