  • 1 hard boiled egg, chopped
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 2 potatoes, thinly sliced
  • Ice cold water
  • Seasoning

Method:

1. Thinly slice the potatoes dip in cold water for a few minutes.

2. Dry with a pepper towel.

3. Place on a microwave dish and microwave for 30 – 50 secs

4. Thinly slice the potatoes and dip in cold water for a few minutes.

5. Dry with a paper towel.

6. Place on a microwave dish and microwave for 30 to 40 seconds.

7. Season with your favorite seasoning.

For the dip:
